If you have chosen our digital photo face golf headcover, we simply enlarge that photo. Based on your design for the t-shirt, our designers get to work and create the artwork for the t-shirt on adobe photoshop. The fabric is then printed and made into the finished headcover.

Simply send the photo to us over Convo, we will let you know if it will work or not once we have had a look. Or send it to us on email to: richard [at] myheadcover.com

We design all the t-shirts from scratch, so simply write down your design idea and send it to us over Etsy Convo. Within the boundaries of a t-shirt shape, it can be as wild as you would like.

Yes absolutely and if it is something a little unusual we recommend that you do! Simply put your ideas down in an Etsy convo and one of the team will review it and get back to you as quickly as possible.

For custom orders, you will see a proof of your order on the ship-by date. I will try not to ship your order until I receive approval of the proof sent. If this approval is received past the ship date shown, then your order will ship within one business day of receiving the approval. If I do not receive proof approval within two business days of sending your proof, I will proceed with shipping your order. Myheadcover Limited will not be held responsible for items that ship late due to a delay in customer approval of custom work.

For printed and shipped items: orders will not be refunded unless they are damaged via shipment. I do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item is damaged. Please be sure to read the item listing carefully so that you know what you are purchasing. Should an item arrive damaged, I will ensure that a replacement is issued quickly. I cannot offer refunds on digital files that have been delivered to your inbox. For custom headcovers: orders will not be refunded once a proof has been provided. Because I offer unlimited edits and am happy to work with you until your satisfied with your logo design, I do not offer refunds. Cancellations must occur within 24 hours of placing the order.
